So for example, if you place your order on Monday your kombucha will ship out Tuesday. If the order is placed on Saturday it will ship out Monday. All orders are shipped via ground and can take up to 5 business days to arrive. We ship from Central California so the farther east the longer the ship time. If you are located in California most packages arrive within 1-2 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhy did my package arrive unrefrigerated? \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe ship all of our packages unrefrigerated in cardboard to cut down on wasteful single-use cold packs and foam insulation. But doesn't kombucha need to stay refrigerated? We've done extensive testing and have determined that we can ship our kombucha unrefrigerated without compromising quality.
